Jonah Hill asks his followers to stop talking about his body and the changes it has had

Jonah Hill, the actor who rose to fame with his role in Superbad And whose weight loss and makeover caused a stir in different media in recent years, she decided to post a message on Instagram asking her followers to stop talking about her body.

Hill spoke openly in the past about his personal battle with criticism and ridicule that he always received from the beginning of his career, as the harassment became so much that there are even interview videos where the actor is the target of inappropriate questions and jokes for part of his peers about his image and overweight.

I know you are doing this with good intentions, but I ask you most sincerely not to comment on my body. Good or bad, I want to kindly let you know that it doesn’t help me, it doesn’t feel right. Much respect.

Although it is not known if it was any specific photo or comment that encouraged the actor to publish the message, his weight has always been one of the main themes surrounding his career, constantly neglecting the talent he has shown in films such as The Wolf Of Wall Street and War Dogs.

This is not the first time that Hill writes about the impact that criticism and opinions about his image have had on him and his emotional state for years, since in February this year, images of the shirtless actor flooded social networks after he an English newspaper will publish them.

I don’t recall being able to take my shirt off in a pool until I was in my 30s, even in front of my family and friends. It probably would have happened sooner if my childhood insecurities hadn’t been exacerbated by years and years of public ridicule about my body in the press and interviews.

This is not a post to make me feel better and it is definitely not one to make you feel bad for me. This is for children who do not remove their shirts to enter the pool. You guys are amazing and wonderful and perfect. All my Love.
