The court of Minas Gerais (TJ-MG) ordered, on Tuesday (13), the pre-trial detention of the 54-year-old driver Anestor Santos Carvalho, suspected of killing mother and son run over in the municipality of Santa Luzia, in the Belo Horizonte Metropolitan Region.
During a custody hearing held at the 3rd Criminal Court and Childhood and Youth of the Local District, Judge FabrÃcio Simão da Cunha Araújo decided to convert the arrest in the act to preventive.
Case
