The defense of municipal prosecutor Demétrius Oliveira de Macedo alleged a psychotic outbreak for the episode in which the lawyer beat his co-worker.
The statement’s argument is that the prosecutor has suffered from “psychiatric problems” since 2020, having already presented psychotic outbreaks and delusions.
