The Court accepted the complaint against Wallison Felipe de Oliveira, 29 years old, accused of intentionally running over his ex-partner, Juliana Barboza Soares, his 5-year-old daughter and his ex-mother-in-law, in the South Sector of Gama, in the Federal District, on August 20.
Juliana, who was 34 years old on the day of the crime, did not survive her injuries and died at the scene. In addition to the murder, Wallison was also charged with attempted murder against his daughter and ex-mother-in-law.
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the Gama Jury Court filed the complaint on Monday (9), which was accepted on Wednesday (11). According to the Military Police, Wallison ran over his ex-partner and, shortly after, returned with the car to hit his 5-year-old daughter.
The 60-year-old ex-mother-in-law tried to protect the child and was also run over. After the attack, he fled the scene but was arrested the next day. The elderly woman was taken to the Gama Regional Hospital, while the child was taken to the Santa Maria Regional Hospital. Despite their injuries, both are out of danger.
