Samara was arrested on July 16 of this year alongside her father and, according to the defense, was released this Saturday morning (12). She was imprisoned at the Instituto Penal Santo Expedito, in Bangu, West Zone of Rio.

In the decision, it was determined that Samara must go to court by the 10th of every month and sign an attendance book. The accused also cannot leave the city for more than eight days without judicial authorization.

When asking for Samara’s release, her defense argued that she tried to stop the confusion and hold her father so that the turmoil ended. The lawyer also claimed that she has no criminal record and is the mother of two young children.

Lawyer Cláudio Rodrigues, who defends both prisoners in this case, told CNN who hopes to get Samara’s father, André Luiz do Nascimento, released soon.
