Judge Eduardo Guilliod Maranhão, from the Court of Justice of Pernambuco, revoked this Tuesday (24) the preventive detention of singer Gusttavo Lima . He also suspended the seizure of the artist’s passport and firearm registration certificate, as well as any firearms possession certificate .
The lawyers defending the singer, Delmiro Dantas Campos Neto, Matteus Macedo and Cláudio Bessas, filed the habeas corpus request on Monday night (22). Judge Ricardo Paes Barreto, president of the Court of Justice of Pernambuco, however, did not accept the request for urgency and forwarded it to the case rapporteur, who made the decision this afternoon.
Eduardo Guilliod Maranhão also granted freedom to influencer Deolane Bezerra, who left prison this Tuesday (24) .
