Justice will hear influencer who ran over groom on his wedding day

Influencer Vitor Vieira Belarmino, who had been on the run for 10 months, will be interrogated on May 28 at 1 pm at the Rio de Janeiro Court of Justice.

At the request of the defense, the court accepted the defendant’s residency request for him, accused of running over and killing physiotherapist Fabio Toshiro Kikuta, in the recess of Bandeirantes, in July last year, is heard and has the right to large defense guaranteed.

The running over occurred shortly after Fabio’s marriage to Bruna Villarinho. The victim had stayed in a hotel on the edge of Recreio dos Bandeirantes and decided to go to the beach, accompanied by his wife, when he was hit by Vítor Belarmino’s BMW and died on the spot. The influencer gave himself on Monday (19) to the police.

The accident was reported by a security camera, and witnesses told police that the car was at high speed and that the influencer drove dangerously.

According to the Technical Police, the experts confirmed that Vitor was 109 kilometers per hour (km/h), when the speed on the waterfront is 70 km/h.

After the accident, police found the influencer’s car, but he was not located and was missing for 10 months. The car’s skill found wine stains on the floor.

The Civil Police investigation confirmed that Vitor was accompanied by five women. In testimony, they denied that he consumed alcohol and said the accident happened after an overtaking.

Vitor will be questioned by Judge Alessandra da Rocha Lima Roidis, of the 1st Criminal Court of the Capital.
