The prime minister will have a meeting with Saidou Kamaras tomorrow. This was announced by the government spokesman, responding to the post of Mr. Tsipras.
“In view of the re-examination of Saidou Kamaras’s request to stay in Greece, the necessary actions have been taken by the state for a long time to strengthen this request. Refugee Education, which has been operating since July 2019 at the Ministry of Education, does exactly the same for those children who need it, while it is worth mentioning that in the school year 2021-22, the highest enrollment and attendance rates of students-refugees in the Greek education system were recorded. “The Prime Minister, showing personal interest in this issue, has scheduled to meet tomorrow at 16.30 with Saidou Kamaras”, notes Mr. Oikonomou.
