Two years have passed since the launch of gov.gr. The Single Digital Portal of Public Administration started by integrating 501 digital services and adding two new ones: the digital version of responsible declaration and authorization. Today, gov.gr provides 1,370 digital services, facilitating the daily lives of citizens and businesses.
In particular, as stated by the Ministry of Digital Government in a relevant announcement:
-7.936.034 different citizens have used gov.gr, issuing at least one document or submitting an electronic statement.
-159,346,146 documents or statements have been issued / submitted electronically
-6,285,764 responsible statements and 2,189,684 warranties have been issued
-3.195.589 citizens have registered in the intangible prescription
-over 42% of prescriptions and referrals are issued intangible.
Gov.gr is constantly evolving, improving and updating based on the comments, suggestions and ratings of visitors. In fact, the percentage of citizens satisfied when asked if the page describing each service is useful, exceeds 95%. In this way, gov.gr approaches every day the initial goal: to be the digital service center that will gather all the solutions and what citizens and businesses that deal with the State should know. That is, to be the one and only point of contact of citizens and businesses with the State.
