Kamala Harris narrow lead over Donald Trump in three swing states, new poll finds

Seven weeks before the election, Kamala Harris leads Donald Trump by at least 5 points in two key states, Pennsylvania and Michigan, according to a Quinnipiac University poll. A week after the phone battle between the vice president and the former president, Harris has 51 percent of the vote in Pennsylvania, compared to 45 percent for Trump. This state is considered crucial in the race for the White House as it guarantees whoever wins it more electors than six other states combined. In Pennsylvania, the September 10 telefight took place, which may be the only one between the two rivals.
