Democratic presidential nominee and US vice president Kamala Harris announced Friday her intention to form a cross-party advisory group. They will provide her with proposals to improve her policy if she is elected on November 5. Harris also reiterated that she would appoint a Republican to her administration. “I don’t want back benders. I want people who will come (…) and give ideas,” she said, speaking at an event in Arizona for Republican supporters of her campaign. “For this I will set up a cross-party council (…) to do the work that is important,” he added. Harris has been touring Nevada and Arizona since Wednesday, two states considered bipartisan.
