Orienting furriers from the Russian to the Korean market will not be easy, and due to its smaller size it can in no way make up for the size of Russia’s lost financial transactions. Mr. Tsoukas stressed that the companies that will work with Korea, will need in the near future “to adapt all the models of the produced fur products” since the entire production produced in Kastoria and Siatista is adapted to the body type of the Russian market.

For his part, the Secretary General of International Economic Affairs and Extroversion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Giannis Smyrlis, referred to the history of the organization of the business mission, stressed that the 25 members of the trade mission represent 14 large Korean companies and that they arrived in Kastoria. agreement with the fur organizations’ sectoral organizations.
