Do not miss one and always confirms a style inspiration on every occasion. There Duchess of Cambridge also at the last event, the military parade for the 70th anniversary of the jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II, Trooping the Colors, held in The Mall, London, it was flawless and perfectly in keeping with his royal duties.
For her public appearance she dusted off an Alexander McQueen white blazer-dress and a Philip Tracey hat, all amplified by a proven beauty lookone of those he pulls out on occasions when protocol dictates the rules.
Essential detail first of all was the harvest by order, lateral, made with a maxi torchon, a variation on the theme of her usual braided chignon, designed to accommodate the hair and to show the family jewels. Kate has, in fact, put on a good display with her strategic maxi bun a pair of earrings that once belonged to the late Lady Diana.
Just a few days ago, for the premiere of To Gun: Maverick in London Kate Middleton on the red carpet had adopted, instead, a style code more suited to a Hollywood star, straight hair, parting in the middle and eyeliner combined with a shiny peach-colored lipstick, very bright.
Kate knows when to dare, when to show her ability to follow trends and when instead to choose, with the same ease, her compound crops, which capture the attention not because they scream “look at me”, but because they perfectly reflect the mood of the occasion. .
In this case the inspiration for Kate Middleton’s hairstyle almost seems to be taken from Star Wars (in time for the very recent May 27th release of the star saga spin-off airing on Disney Plus Obi Wan Kenobi, how clever Kate!) that brings Princess Leia back into vogue. In a certain sense, Kate, dressed in white, seemed to evoke her, the twin sister of Luke Skywalker, with her hairstyle, the effect of her pinwheel, the iconic space bun.
Kate, in fact, unlike the other times, has gathered the lengths sideways by rolling them on themselves, as if they had been wrapped around a maxi curler, then from this fashion show, to lean softly behind the ear, where they were fastened with invisible bobby pins. A real work of art.
In order not to obscure the intricate hairstyling work, the future queen consort has paired it with her most tried and tested make-up. She had soft smokey eyesnot too accentuated, made with a soft one shades of dove gray eyeshadow not to create a too sexy look, as would have happened if she had opted for a classic cat eye designed with black eyeliner; very bright face dusted with peach blush, to simulate a naturally sun-kissed cheek – in fact the blush was applied to the upper part of the cheekbone and directed towards the temples, the point most exposed to light but also the one that creates a slight lifting effect; in the end, shiny and rosy lipsnot too flashy, but bright, to have a light point that does not make the smile disappear, but rather enhances it.
To complete the make-up, the perfect frame could not be missing: contemporary eyebrows, combed upwards, microblading effectas they say among generation Z, and slightly darkened by a pencil of the same tone, so as not to fade under the shadow of the hat.
