A new military attack on Kharkivat Ukrainehit an apartment complex near a hospital, according to videos that were geolocated and verified by the CNN.
The explosion near a hospital comes hours after a military strike that caused significant damage to the Kharkiv regional administration building.
In one video, a fire breaks out in a clearly damaged apartment complex located across the street from the hospital.
“The building is gone,” says someone in the video. In another video, which is an edited series of separate videos outside the combined apartment complex, at least two bodies are seen on the ground in the area around the building.
“Animals, just animals,” someone said, seeming to refer to those responsible for the military attacks.
“A house,” says another person. “Look what they did.” Several people are seen walking away from the apartment complex in the video.
“People are carrying their bags,” says a voice in the video.
