Kiev accuses Moscow of attacking energy facilities after agreement

A Ukraine presidential authority reported on Wednesday that Russia attacked at least eight Ukrainian energy facilities since March 18, when Moscow said he had interrupted such attacks.

Russian President Vladimir Putin had agreed with a proposal from US President Donald Trump that Russia and Ukraine stop attacking energy infrastructure for 30 days after a conversation with the American.

Ihor Zhovkva, speaking on national television, also said that, unlike Russian statements, no preview was discussed with US authorities, as they agreed with a truce in the Black Sea with Russia during Saudi Arabia negotiations this week.

Kremlin said a number of conditions should be met before the Black Sea Maritime Security Agreement, negotiated with the United States, can be activated.

Kiev said he was prepared to implement the agreement immediately.
