The intelligence service of the military of Ukraine (GUR) hit an aircraft repair plant of the Russian air force located in the Voronezh region, an intelligence source said. The Russian Defense Ministry had earlier announced that two drones were shot down in this region. The source, as reported by the Athens News Agency citing Reuters, explained that the target of the strike was an aircraft repair factory of the Russian Air Force in the city of Borisoglebsk, without giving details on the extent of the damage it has suffered. This city in question is more than 350 kilometers away from the front line. Kiev has recently stepped up its attacks deeper into Russian territory, targeting military and energy infrastructure.
