The team of seven (G7) reiterated its support for Ukraine at its meeting in Canada, but without hardening the tones against Russia, with Ukrainian President Zelenski missing the opportunity to meet with US counterpart Donald Trump. The conflict in Ukraine was one of the key issues that addressed the leaders of the seven most developed industrial countries at their meeting held in the rocky mountains of Canada, invited by Zelenski.
