The line includes a facial cleanser, an exfoliating tonic with both acid and enzymatic action, a hyaluronic acid serum, a vitamin C serum, illuminating drops, a night oil, a moisturizer, an exfoliant and an eye contour. Each product is priced between $ 43 and $ 95, and the entire collection costs $ 575. Clean, cruelty-free, vegan and carefully formulated without gluten, sulphates, phenoxyethanol, BHT and PEG, each product has an ecological and design pack at the same time: essential lines and neutral colors designed by her to be displayed in your own toilet as furniture items.

But SKKN by Kim Kardashian immediately had a strong competitor in the skin care industry. Hailey Bieber just last week launched its first skincare line called Rhodefrom her middle name that the model herself on social media defines “a line of essential skin care products with formulas designed to nourish the skin barrier and instantly give the sensation of dewy and fresh skin, instantly improved in appearance”.

Even the products of Justin Bieber’s wife are vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, all fragrance-free. At the moment the line includes three references: thel Peptide Glazing Fluid, the secret to Hailey Bieber’s ‘frosted’ skin, la Barrier Restore Cream, a panacea for the skin, thanks to its repairing and moisturizing action, which is very delicate at the same time. Finally, the lip treatment, Peptide Lip Treatment, available in three variants – natural, watermelon and caramel – gives a touch of gloss and, at the same time, deeply hydrates. Encapsulated in gray packaging and characterized by a minimal font, Rhode products already seem to have entered the wish list of all beauty addicts. Prices range from $ 16 to $ 29, and the entire line can be purchased for $ 95.

And immediately, needless to say, the comparison between the two lines was triggered by fans who on Reddit, the social news site where users create and share content, have analyzed them: of course it leapt to the eye that Kim Kardashian’s cosmetics are more expensive than Bieber’s even if they have specified that the line of the entrepreneur includes nine references against the three of the model. Some still pointed out that the products of Rhode they could be cheaper as they are smaller.

In any case, the needle of the balance of followers seems to be hanging on the side of Hailey Bieber anyway also as she has always been passionate about skincare and perceived to be very knowledgeable on the subject.
