Kim Kardashian: why is her first tattoo causing a stir?

Kim Kardashian got tattoos for the first (and so far only) time in 2021together with her group of friends, immediately after his leadership and participation in the Saturday Night Livethe occasion in which he met his ex Pete Davidson so to speak.

The entrepreneur revealed it to her friend and hairstylist Chris Appleton and to the cameras of Hulu in the last episode of his series. This news is particularly surprising to his most trusted fans. Yet, in 2023, a tattoo should no longer cause such a stir, much less an aesthetic change for the Kardashian sisters.

And yes, because, way back in 2009, Wendy Williams asked Kim Kardashian if she had any tattoos and she replied sarcastically (and modestly): “Darling, would you put a sticker on a Bentley?”.

His body was therefore too precious to host indelible marks.

This joke has become famous on the web, so much so that it actually influenced the choice of many users who promptly canceled the appointment with the tattoo artist or appeased their desire to undergo needles.

It is clear that even Kim, a few years later, took his word to hell, allowing himself to be tempted by the art of tattoos.

It is fair to point out that the chosen tattoo is hidden, in fact it is located on the inside of the lower lip. It’s certainly not a dragon on the chest but it’s the small infinity symbol. Let’s say that from a trendsetter like Kim we expected something more imaginative than the first result found on Pinterest but… just seeing her on that sunbed without batting an eyelid, as if she were a tattoo veteran, suggests that perhaps she won’t stop at the first one .

So don’t be surprised if, from now on, you see people with immaculate skin queuing outside tattoo shops or if Kim throws herself into this business too: perhaps with a bodysuit Skims who simulates tattooed skin to buy a few more Bentleys!
