The DC1500M SSD comes with a five-year warranty. The drive is available in 960GB, 1.92TB, 3.84TB, and 7.68TB options. The resource is declared as the possibility of one complete rewriting during the warranty period. The drives use TLC 3D NAND flash memory.

The sequential read speed reaches 3300 MB / s, and the sequential write speed reaches 2700 MB / s. Performance on operations with random access reaches 510,000 IOPS in read mode and 220,000 IOPS in write mode. Note that the data shown corresponds to the fastest option – 1.92 TB.

The drives support namespace management and telemetry transmission. They are endowed with built-in protection against data loss or damage when the power is turned off incorrectly. The source does not provide prices.
