The drive uses a Phison E18 controller and 3D TLC NAND flash memory. The drive is offered in 512 GB, 1, 2 and 4 TB. The sequential write speed of the first two options reaches 3900 and 6000 MB / s, respectively, the rest – 7000 MB / s. The sequential read speed reaches 7000 MB / s in all cases.

The performance on read and write operations with random access in the case of a 512 GB drive reaches 450,00 and 900,000 IOPS, in the case of a 1 TB drive – 900,000 and 1,000,000 IOPS, respectively. For 2TB and 4TB drives, both modes claim 1,000,000 IOPS.

The resource of a 512 GB SSD, according to Kingston Digital, is 400 TBW, 1 TB – 800 TBW, 2 TB – 1.6 PBW, 4 TB – 3.2 PBW. The drives are backed by a five-year warranty. The manufacturer does not provide prices.
