The drive enclosure contains a proprietary flash memory with a voluminous layout and a controller that corrects errors, distributes wear, converts logical addresses to physical addresses and excludes inoperative blocks from use. This makes it easier to design the system.

In terms of sequential read speed, it reaches 2050 MB / s and sequential write speed is 1200 MB / s. Another advantage of UFS embedded flash drives is low power consumption. The combination of high volume, high performance and low power consumption is said to make them well suited for today’s 5G-enabled mobile devices, allowing them to take advantage of the next generation of networks.
