Koch Institute: Cyprus and Spain in the “red” due to cases

From Sunday, July 11, the Robert Koch Institute ranks the Cyprus, while it includes the whole Spain in the “risk areas”, reports the RES.

According to current regulations, those returning to Germany from “high case” areas unless they have been vaccinated against Covid-19 or have recovered from the disease are required to remain in quarantine, which may, however, be terminated after the fifth day with negative test. Returning from “risk areas”, those who have not been vaccinated or have recovered should have a negative test.

The case rate per 100,000 inhabitants in seven days is currently 591 for Cyprus, while for Spain at 201 and especially for Mallorca at 127. In Germany the same index is at 6, with measures starting at 50 .
