From Tuesday, September 6, 2022 (Ex-Date), the Company’s shares will be traded on the Athens Stock Exchange without the right to receive a dividend.
Beneficiaries of the above dividend are the Company’s shareholders who are registered in the Securities and Exchange System (S.A.T.) on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 (Record Date).
The payment of the dividend will start on Monday, September 12, 2022 by the paying bank “NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA”
