Koronovios – Kyriakidou: EMA approves two therapies with monoclonal antibodies

Positive opinion on two medicines for him coronavirus – the Ronapreve and Regkirona – which the Commission identifies as promising in the context of the EU strategy for the treatment of Covid-19, issued on Thursday by the European Medicines Agency (EMA).

Access to new medicines through EU joint procurement

At the same time, he pointed out that “the EMA is evaluating today another six medicines which could be approved soon, provided that the final data show their quality, safety and effectiveness. This rapid progress in the context of our ambitious treatment strategy shows what a strong European Health Union can offer “.
