The Kremlin is not “ready” to say when the fragile moratorium on attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure will exhale, based on the agreement reached following Washington’s pressure. On March 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that, following a telephone conversation with his US counterpart Donald Trump, he ordered the army to stop blowing in Ukrainian energy infrastructure for 30 days. A few days later, the US announced that they have reached an agreement on this issue both with Russia and Ukraine.
