Replying to Russia’s proposal to hold talks in Minskthe Ukraine proposed as their venue the Warsawbut then communication between the two sides was cut off, according to the Kremlin.
Specifically, the representative of the Russian president Dmitry Peshkov told reporters:
«After a brief pause, the Ukrainians said they would reconsider the Minsk proposal and that they now want to go to Warsaw, and then withdrew completely from communication, pausing.».
He also said, according to TASS, that Moscow considered it “extremely dangerous” that “nationalists” were developing multiple rocket launchers in large cities of Ukraine.
It is reminded that part of the Russian military operations are unfolding very close to Kiev, as broadcast by international media since Friday morning, with several of its inhabitants continuing their efforts to withdraw from the war zones.
