Kremlin: Putin and Macron agree on need for further dialogue on Ukraine

Two telephone conversations during which they discussed the situation regarding Ukraine had on Sunday (20/2) Russian President Vladimir Putin and his French counterpart Emanuel Macron, according to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peshkov.
