KRI-KRI SA announced today that, following a relevant recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, the Board of Directors, at its meeting of 26/1/2022, decided to appoint the current executive member Mr. Georgios Tsinavos as Deputy Chief Executive Officer.
Following the above, the Board of Directors, with its composition remaining unchanged, was reorganized into a body as follows:
1. Tsinavos Panagiotis, son of Georgios, President, Chief Executive Officer, Executive Member
2. Kotsambasis George, son of Ioannis, Vice President, non-executive member
3. Tsinavos George, son of Panagiotis, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, executive member
4. Kartsani Georgia of Demetriou, non-executive member
5. Kyriakidis Anastasios of Charalambous, independent non-executive member
6. Moudios Anastasios of Konstantinos, independent non-executive member
