Kri Kri: The direct participation of Sevasti Tsinavou rose to 18.299%

Kri Kri company announces that, according to an information received from the shareholder Mr. Sevasti Tsinavou on 12/11/2021, on 10/11/2021 all the necessary actions for the transfer, due to hereditary succession, of the 2,150,682 common registered shares of KRI-KRI, corresponding to 6.504% of the voting rights of the Company, held by the deceased, Mrs. Evangelia Tsinavou, in its individual share, by their acquisition by its heir, Mrs. Sevasti Tsinavou, and their transfer in an individual portion of the latter.

Thus, following the above transfer, the percentage of the direct participation of Ms. Sevasti Tsinavou in the share capital of KRI-KRI, which appears in its individual share changes from 0.000% to 6.504%, while the percentage of its direct participation that appears in Joint Investment Portion with their co-owners: Spyridon Tsinavos, Sevasti Tsinavou and Hariklia Tsinavou, remains unchanged at 11.795%. Thus, the total percentage of the direct participation of Ms. Sevasti Tsinavou in the share capital of KRI-KRI changes from 11.795% to 18.299%, which corresponds to 6,050,682 voting rights and an equal number of shares, out of the total voting rights of 33,065,136 .

Respectively, the percentage of voting rights of KRI-KRI held by Mrs. Evangelia Tsinavou in her individual share, changes from 6.504% to 0.000%.

It is clarified regarding the participation of Ms. Sevasti Tsinavou through the above Joint Investment Share, ie the percentage of 11.795%, that the other two (2) co-beneficiaries of the said K.E.M. are Messrs. Spyridon Tsinavos and Hariklia Tsinavou.
