The CEO of nChain Global has left the company due to a hoax surrounding the identity of Satoshi Nakamoto by the self-proclaimed creator of Bitcoin, who is listed as the company’s chief scientist.

Christen Ager-Hanssen, head of nChain Group, said he will step down as CEO effective immediately. He made the decision after discovering evidence that Dr. Craig Wright manipulated public opinion and falsified documents. The goal of the chief scientist, the ex-CEO claims, was to make the court believe that Wright was the creator of the Bitcoin blockchain and was hiding under the pseudonym Satosi Nakomoto.

“I confirm that I have left nChain Global and have found compelling evidence that Dr. Craig Wright manipulated documents in order to defraud the court. I am convinced that Dr. Craig Wright is not Satoshi. However, the nChain board has not taken any action in response, so my work at the company no longer makes sense,” Ager-Hanssen wrote on X (formerly Twitter).

Craig Wright has repeatedly told the press that he is the real Satoshi Nakamoto and the founder of Bitcoin. The “self-proclaimed Satoshi” claimed to be the author of a cryptocurrency called Bitcoin Satoshi’s Vision (BSV), which he claims is the original Bitcoin.

Cryptojournalist Nic Carter suggested that a potential split among Craig Wright’s former supporters could signal an imminent end to the Wright-Satoshi saga. Nick Carter shared his version of the creation of Bitcoin. According to the journalist, the tracks lead to the US National Security Agency (NSA).
