Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said he had met with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Berlin today and that “more weapons and other aid are on their way to Ukraine.”
“We have agreed to work closely together to ensure that Ukrainian food exports reach consumers in Africa and Asia. We are grateful to Secretary Blinken and the United States for their leadership and unwavering support,” Kuleba wrote on Twitter.
The two officials discussed the impact of the February 24 Russian invasion of Ukraine, including on global food security, said State Department spokesman Ned Price.
“The minister provided details of the latest batch of US security assistance to strengthen Ukraine’s defense,” Price said.
