La Peruana, in São Paulo, welcomes chef Jorge Muñoz for a four-handed dinner

To celebrate 7 years since the opening, chef Marisabel Woodman get back on your La Peruana, in the Gardens, the countryman Jorge Munoz to cook a special menu with four hands.

The Peruvian’s first visit to the restaurant was in 2016 and at the 27th and 28th of Septemberwill be served eight times, with four starters – two cold and two hot -, two main courses and two desserts. The value will be R$ 450 per person.

The meeting promises to be full of surprises and the protagonists will be fish and seafood, all prepared with seasonal ingredients and some brought from Peru especially for the occasion.

The menu is still a surprise, but some bets on what should appear are the oysters with leche de tigre de rocoto and the pumpkin flower stuffed with grilled sea urchins.

When she was a child in Piura, Marisabel Woodman met Jorge Muñoz. A while later, the two became cooks.

He was executive chef for several years at the Peruvian restaurant Astrid and Gaston also from pakta in Barcelona, ​​Nikkei house of the Adrià brothers, with a Michelin star.

In addition, he has cooked in France, Australia and Spain and mentored by chefs such as Ferran and Albert Adrian founders of El Bulli, one of the most important restaurants in the world until 2011, when it closed its doors with three Michelin stars.
