March 13, 2021 marks the 50th anniversary of the release of the first LADA cars. On this day in 1971, the first general director of the Volga Automobile Plant, Viktor Polyakov, organized a bureau for forced testing of cars. The work of this commission was focused not only on improving the image, but also on the accumulation of engineering experience.
