Representatives of AvtoVAZ today, on May 26, officially announced that Lada Granta cars with the new EnjoY Pro multimedia system went on sale – they are already available from official dealers. Thanks to this system, according to the developers, the car’s entertainment system turns the car into a smartphone of “good level” – the novelty includes a large 8-inch IPS-display, which will display various information, maps, services and even a voice assistant. It is important to clarify that the firmware update for this innovation occurs over the air – the user will not need to do anything to get a fresh update.
Moreover, EnjoY Pro supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Yandex.Auto systems. In the first two cases, the user connects his smartphone to a multimedia display, getting the opportunity to control applications on a large screen, and fans of the domestic platform get access to Navigator, Music, Gas stations and even the voice assistant Alice. Also, Russian cars have acquired a more advanced and high-quality surround sound system from the French manufacturer Arkamys. The developers of the updated car even stated that the sound of the speakers is adjusted individually for different features of the interior materials.
At the same time, the price for the updated Lada Granta remained quite attractive – the option in the Comfort configuration with a new multimedia system is sold for 638,900 rubles. And given that this model is an absolute bestseller in Russia, the innovation seems to be quite justified. And, of course, the fact that the Lada EnjoY Pro system is actively promoted by the manufacturer is encouraging – earlier a similar “multimedia” appeared on the models of the Vesta and XRay series.
