Lady Diana, who “would have totally supported Harry, an instinctive like her”

Princess Diana would give his full support to Harry for the memoir book which the Duke of Sussex is preparing to publish. The royal expert is confident of this Stewart Pearce than toExpress stated that the prince’s mother, who tragically died 24 years ago in a car accident in Paris, would “fully support” her son’s plans.

It was last July when Page Six revealed that Harry had sold to the American publishing house Penguin Random House a memorial about his life in the royal family. A sort of autobiography, written together with Pulitzer Prize winner JR Moehringer, which threatens to be explosive and create new rifts in the British royal family.

Now Stewart Pearce, author of Diana: The Voice of Change, states that Lady D would have approved of this courageous and at the same time risky decision. This is because, explains the expert, “in his impetuousness Harry is very similar to his mother, he moves on instinct just as she did“. To underline the strong similarity of character between mother and son, Pearce, who knew Princess Diana personally, recalled the infamous interview she gave to Martin Bashir of the BBC. The one with which he made the Crown tremble by revealing the most intimate details of the marriage with Carlo and uttering the famous phrase: “There were three of us in this wedding, a bit too crowded.” Recently it turned out that that interview was extorted from the princess by deception. But Diana, argues Pearce, “she never regretted her statements on TV“. Because the princess was interested above all tell the truth, without filters or compromises. Just as son Harry intends to do now in the memoir that will see the prints at the end of next year.

At the time of the official announcement of the book, Prince Harry said he had “I wrote this book not as a prince, as I was born, but as a man, as I have become. I have worn many hats over the years, both literally and figuratively. My hope is that in telling my story – the ups and downs, the mistakes, the lessons learned – it will help show that no matter where we come from, we have more in common than we think. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to share what I have learned over the course of my life so far, and thrilled that people are reading an accurate and completely true first-hand account of my life».

Harry and his wife Meghan Markle in recent months, via TV and podcast, they have launched very heavy arrows against Buckingham Palace. Yet according to Pearce in the prince’s book there will be no direct attacks on members of the royal family. The Windsors, however, Pearce is also convinced, are very concerned about the contents of Harry’s memorial. “I’m sure they are nervous and anxious, as they haven’t received a copy of the book yet and don’t know what to expect».
