The singer Lady Gaga 38, spoke about the marriage proposal she received from mathematician and businessman Michael Polansky 46. “I thought he was joking, but he wasn’t,” commented the artist.
Although, according to her, the proposal took place on April 1st of this year, the news only became public during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, when she introduced him to the French Prime Minister as her fiancé.
“There were people filming while we greeted each other [a cantora e o primeiro-ministro] and they caught me saying ‘this is my fiancé’. I was trying to keep it hidden, but they announced it to everyone”, commented Lady Gaga in an interview with The Graham Norton Show this Saturday (28).
In a relationship that went public for the first time in 2020, the couple has been private about the news of their union. However, in April of this year, rumors that the singer was engaged emerged when Gaga was seen wearing a diamond ring on her left hand.
