A landslide took place on the afternoon of Thursday (3), in the city of Angelina, Santa Catarina. During the operation of the Santa Catarina Fire Department (CBMSC), a man was found on site without vital signs.
The fire team tried to remove the man from the site, but was unsuccessful due to the large amount of land and stones.
The victim was identified as an employee of the concessionaire responsible for the works at SC-281. The activities in the scene had to be interrupted due to the instability of the land and the worsening of the rains.
As informed by the Fire Department, the site will remain isolated by the City Hall and the concessionaire itself, until the conditions improve.
