Larry Fink says he now views Bitcoin as digital gold. He was skeptical of the first cryptocurrency for several years, but now, he says, he has completely changed his mind.
“I was a Bitcoin skeptic, but I did my research and am now an outspoken Bitcoin proponent,” Fink said.
The head of BlackRock added that Bitcoin should be considered a full-fledged financial asset that has protection against the risk of depreciation, especially in countries with high inflation.
He emphasized that Bitcoin has a place in financial portfolios, and there are still many people in the market who do not understand the value of the first cryptocurrency.
Earlier, the head of BlackRock spoke about the growing interest in cryptocurrencies against the backdrop of crisis phenomena in some countries of the world.
