Russia remains open to talks with Kiev, as Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov stressed, stressing that new territorial realities must be recognized and new security systems are established internationally. “In order for peace to be constantly, the new territorial realities must be recognized and validated in international legal terms,” Lavrov said in the Indonesian newspaper Kompas, according to a publication on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry. “A new system of security guarantees for Russia and Ukraine must be established as an integral element of Pan -European architecture of equal and indivisible security in Eurasia,” he said.
