The Military Police of the Federal District arrested a man who slapped and punched a woman in Sudoeste, in Brasília (DF), on Monday (20). Lawyer Cledmylson Ferreira signed a commitment to appear and was released.
The case was recorded in a video, which reverberates on social networks. In the scenes, it is possible to see that Ferreira argues with Giselle Piza, also a lawyer. The two exchange a sequence of slaps and the lawyer punches the woman and knocks her to the ground.
The PM arrived at the scene and they were taken to the police station. He signed a detailed term for injury, aggression, bodily injury, for walking with the animal without a collar and muzzle and carrying a bladed weapon – during the search carried out by the Military Police in the vehicle, two penknives were found. Then he was released. The case is being investigated by the 3rd DP.

What Giselle Piza’s defense says

The lawyer said she was going to call the military police when the man would have tried to flee the scene. Giselle would have tried to film the license plate when the attacks began.
According to the defense, Giselle needed medical attention and underwent a medical examination. She has bruises on her knee, arms and legs.
