Daniele Barreto Oliveira, wife of lawyer José Lael de Souza Rodrigues Júnior, who was shot dead in an ambush at the end of last month, was arrested last Tuesday morning (12) in Aracaju (SE) on suspicion of involvement in the crime.
The woman is a plastic surgeon and worked in Aracaju. Daniele is registered with the Regional Medical Councils of Sergipe, Bahia and Rio de Janeiro.
His Instagram profile has more than 143 thousand followers and shared content about aesthetic procedures he performed at his clinic, in addition to showing family trips.

Daniele’s clinic, located in Aracaju, performs procedures such as liposculpture, prosthetics, mammoplasty and blepharoplasty.
How was the crime
On the night of October 18, José Lael de Souza Rodrigues Júnior was the victim of an ambush set up by individuals on a motorcycle and was shot dead inside his car. The crime occurred in the 13 de Julho neighborhood, in Aracaju.
During the attack, the lawyer’s son was also hit, but survived his injuries.
According to the Civil Police, four arrest and home search warrants issued by the 5th Criminal Court of Aracaju, in the cities of Aracaju and Laranjeiras, were executed, related to the lawyer’s death, last Tuesday.
In a statement, the OAB Nacional spoke out about what happened, stating that they will not rest until those responsible for “this cowardly act” are duly punished.
