The company Ktima Costa Lazaridis announces that by virtue of the decision of the annual Ordinary General Meeting of the shareholders of August 26, 2022, the distribution (payment) of a dividend from the profits of the year 2021 was approved, and in particular it was decided to pay an amount of 540,524.16 euros (gross amount), i.e. 0.03 euros per share (gross amount).
From the above amount is withheld based on articles 40 par. 1 and 64 par. 1 of Law 4172/2013, as applicable after its amendment by Law 4646/2019, the proportional dividend tax of 5% (0, 0015 euros per share) and therefore the finally paid amount of the dividend (net amount) will amount to 0.0285 euros per share.
The ex-dividend date was set for Friday, September 09, 2022.
Beneficiaries of the above dividend based on the record date rule are the client or customer shares registered in the Intangible Securities System (SAT) managed by the company “Hellenic Central Depository of Securities S.A.” (ATHEXCSD) on Monday, September 12, 2022.
The payment of the dividend will begin on Friday, September 16, 2022 and will be made through the paying Bank “ETHNIKI TRAPEZA ELLADOS SA.” as follows:
1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the S.A.T. (Banks and Brokerage Companies), in accordance with the provisions of the Operating Regulations of ATHEXCSD and its relevant decisions.
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries, whose securities are held in the Special Account of their Share at S.A.T., under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment procedure will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs, through the “NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE SA” network.
Dividends that will not be collected until December 31, 2027, are time-barred (article 250 of the Civil Code, c. 15) and the relevant sums are definitively transferred to the Greek State in accordance with article 1 of the n.d. 1195/1942.
