Leandra Leal 41, used social media this Monday (20) to make a vent about your relationship as own body while remembering some characters from his career.
Furthermore, the actress revealed that she has had ups and downs when it comes to self esteem . In the video, the artist also took the opportunity to talk about the pressure she faced to have a “perfect image”.
“Looking back, I never started a job without someone telling me I needed to lose a few pounds. Or change something in my body”, he began.
“I almost never do this thing where I turn on the camera and talk to you,” he wrote in the caption. “Firstly, because I feel a little ridiculous when talking to a cell phone, because I'm terrified of broken rules, and because I'm very careful about what I say in times when anything can be treated as an absolute truth,” he said. .
The motivation to speak openly about the subject came, according to her, from recent experiences, reflections during pregnancy and when reviewing old works.

Leandra also recognized that such external pressures are designed to make people feel bad about themselves, and that they end up being amplified by different social mechanisms.
