This is lobozó, a recipe that uses all these ingredients that, together and mixed, result in an unmistakable blend. for the episode Belo Horizonte, Inhotim and Caraça: Mining Experiences from the program CNN Travel & Gastronomy, Daniela Filomeno met with chef Flavio Trombino and learned the step by step of this special preparation.
Trombino comanda o xapuri in the capital of Minas Gerais, a typical food restaurant that presents cozy recipes reminiscent of the affective flavors of the past. Daniela summarizes that eating at Xapuri is witnessing a love story with the best of traditional Minas Gerais cuisine.

Ingredients:
- 150g of zucchini
- 50 ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 150g diced beef jerky
- 100g of processed onion
- 1 chive sauce
- 80g of corn flour
- 150g of processed eggplant
- 4 eggs
- goat pepper
- 100g of Canasta cheese
- 1 parsley sauce
- Assorted seasonings (mix with your favorite seasonings.
Preparation method:
- Brown the onion, zucchini and jilo in the oil and seasoning.
- Add the butter-fried eggs, dried meat and cornmeal.
- Sprinkle cubes of canasta cheese, add the green scent and serve hot.
- Serve with parsley, chives and goat pepper to taste.
