The Forum of the Americas and the Global Council of Sustainability & Marketing (GCSM) will award the Medal of Honor for Legal Merit to 23 personalities in the area, who stood out in the field this year.
Among those honored are the vice-president and minister of Development, Industry, Commerce and Services, Geraldo Alckmin, the ministers of the Federal Supreme Court Cristiano Zanin and Nunes Marques and the president of the Senate, Rodrigo Pacheco.
This is the second edition of the event. In 2021, she paid a posthumous tribute to San Tiago Dantas, law professor, jurist, writer, federal deputy and Minister of Finance and Foreign Affairs.
“The recognition of the role of the legal relationship with society is a huge evolution in the relationships between the private world, the governmental world and the legal world. The medal comes with the good relations that exist between the judicial world, the public world and the private world”, says Agostinho Turbian, president of GCSM.
The medal ceremony takes place this Friday at the Faculty of Law of Faap, Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado.
