Lenovo introduced two new tablets. This is the second generation of quite popular Lenovo Tab P11 and Lenovo Tab P11 Pro models. According to the manufacturer, the novelties have become much more powerful, received fresh software, and most importantly, a guaranteed update to Android 14.
Lenovo P11 (2nd generation)
Under the hood of this tablet is a mid-range chipset MediaTek Helio G99, built on a 6nm process. Lenovo says it has improved performance by 50% over the first generation Tab P11. RAM in the device 4 or 6 GB, internal – 64 or 128 GB. There is a microSD card slot. The screen uses an 11.5-inch panel with a resolution of 2K (2000 × 1200) and a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz.
The device runs Android 12L, a special version of Android 12 for tablets and large screen devices. Responsible for autonomy is a battery with a capacity of 7700 mAh. Other features include the presence of four speakers with support for Dolby Atmos and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
Lenovo P11 Pro (2nd generation)
This model is for those who need a workhorse or something more powerful. It is 120% more powerful than its predecessor, as it is equipped with a high-performance MediaTek Kompanio 1300T processor released last year. In terms of power, it is about the level of Snapdragon 888. The tablet comes with 4, 6 or 8 GB of RAM, as well as 128 or 256 GB of storage.
The new Lenovo Tab P11 Pro features a 11.2-inch 2.5K (2560×1536) OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision and HDR10+ support. Inside there are four JBL speakers with Dolby Atmos support and an 8000 mAh battery. According to the manufacturer, the tablet can work autonomously up to 14 hours. The pro version of the tablet runs on the regular version of Android 12, which is a bit odd.
For both new products, Lenovo offers a full-size keyboard with an integrated trackpad, Precision Pen 3 for the Pro version and Precision Pen 2 for the basic version, as well as a book case. All accessories are sold separately.
Lenovo Tab P11 Pro will be on sale on September 12 at a price of 499 euros (about 29,925 rubles), Lenovo Tab P11 will be available from November 12 at a price of 299 euros (about 17,930 rubles).
