Earlier it became known that a batch of Exeed LX crossovers arrived in Russia, and now the manufacturer has confirmed that sales in our country will begin in March this year. Options and prices of new items will be presented closer to the start of sales.
Exeed LX is similar in size, equipment and other parameters to the extremely popular Chery Tiggo 7 Pro compact crossover, which became the best-selling Chinese car in Russia last year. It is built on the modular T1X platform. The dimensions of the car are 4533 x 1848 x 1690 mm with a wheelbase of 2650 mm. Ground clearance Exeed LX is 185 mm. The approach angle is 18.8 degrees, the departure angle is 21.6 degrees.
The car is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine with 147 hp, which is paired with a CVT. The drive is forward. At the front, the novelty has a traditional MacPherson strut suspension, and at the rear – a multi-link. All wheels have disc brakes, two tire sizes are provided – 225/55 R19 and 225/60 R18. The equipment will include keyless entry and remote engine start, a panoramic sunroof, cruise control, wireless charging for smartphones, climate control and a complete “winter package”.
The engine also runs on 92-octane gasoline. Fuel consumption in mixed mode does not exceed 8 liters per 100 km, in urban – 10.2 liters, in suburban – 6.8 liters. Acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in Exeed LX takes 10.5 seconds. In this regard, Tiggo 7 Pro is a little faster, its time is 9.7 seconds.
