Donald Trump has announced that he is now intending to send letters to US trade partners, informing them of the “reciprocal” and punitive duties he has decided to impose as negotiations on the issue have entered the final. “I am leaning towards sending a letter and telling them what duties they will pay,” the press told Thursday. “It’s much easier,” he added. “We will send letters, probably from tomorrow” (today), he added.
