Liam Gallagher of Oasis, after sold out concerts another adventure

While fans of the Oasis are still reeling from the news of the Manchester band’s grand return, frontman Liam Gallagher he decided to add more fuel to the fire, stepping into the shoes of one of the protagonists of Community as a form of research, the new campaign of Stone Island.

The timing of the Italian clothing brand was nothing short of perfect, as it entrusted the singer with the job, along with faces of the calibre of Peggy GouDJ and producer, Russell Tovey, actor and curator, Sage Elsesser, musician and skateboarder the task of telling the varied and multi-faceted community by Stone Island. A varied universe, composed of different personalities and souls, but essential to making it unique.

The narration of the project, under the creative direction of Ferdinando Verderi and the styling of Max Pearmain, is then enriched by a series of questions, ten each, specifically designed for the faces portrayed, to which other well-known names are added. Created by the curator and critic Hans Ulrich Obrist, artistic director of the London’s Serpentine Gallery, the questions and answers that arise are emblematic of the differentiating identity that unites the brand community.
